1. Services

Wholistic Essentials provides naturopathic and natural therapy services including, but not limited to, naturopathy, kinesiology, myotherapy, Bowen therapy, lymphatic massage, ear candling, foot detox spa, and CalmBirth education. Our services are complementary in nature and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always consult with a qualified medical practitioner for any health concerns.

2. Health Information and Consent

By booking an appointment, you consent to the collection and use of your personal and health information as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to provide accurate and complete health information to enable us to provide safe and effective treatment. You understand that withholding relevant health information may affect the quality and safety of your treatment.

3. Appointments and Bookings

• Appointments can be booked online through our website or by contacting us directly.
• Appointment confirmations will be sent via email. It is your responsibility to ensure the details are correct.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will provide reasonable notice and offer an alternative time.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time with no reduction in fee.

4. Cancellation Policy

• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur the full appointment fee.
• Failure to attend a booked appointment without notice (“no show”) will incur the full appointment fee.

5. Fees and Payment

• Current fees for services are available on our website or upon request.
• Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept payment by credit/debit card and electronic transfer.
• Where payment is collected online via our booking system, transactions are processed securely by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your payment card details.
• Fees may change from time to time. You will be notified of any fee changes prior to your appointment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law:

• Our services are provided in good faith based on our professional training and experience. However, results cannot be guaranteed as individual responses to treatment vary.
• Wholistic Essentials shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from or connected to our services.
• Our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by law.
